Please note that items to be given away can be left at the table outside the P2 lift. The committee asks that all items be in good condition suitable for re-use. Electrical items are discouraged where safety of wiring cannot be guaranteed. Items not taken within 7 days should be disposed of.

We have had our bins overflowing recently due to missed collections by the council. If you see an overflowing bin, please feel free to report it to the council on 3403 8898.

This is a reminder that our car parking areas on P1 & P2 levels must be kept in a clean & tidy manner so as not to create a hazard for fire or vermin. Could all residents please ensure that they do not leave rubbish or hazardous materials lying around in their car spaces. Also note that during storms, many car spaces along the southern wall suffer water ingress causing damage to stored items. This encourages dampness & mould. Please note that a new compost bin has been installed in the front garden area of the building for resident use. The fertiliser produced by the bin will be used for the benefit of the surrounding garden areas. Please follow the instructions carefully on what types of waste are allowed and what types are prohibited.  See instructions here.
