Committee welcome letter for owners & residents moving into Scenic Point

List of the registered By-Laws for Scenic Point Apartments that all residents must abide by.

Residents wishing to keep a pet must submit an application to the committee for each pet. Please refer to the By-Laws 11. Keeping of Animals.

Applications may be submitted electronically by completing the form on the pet application page, or a hard copy may be downloaded to submit manually.

Use this form to notify the committee of proposed move in and out dates for residents in the building.

Scenic Point has a limited number of extra car spaces available for rent by owners and residents. These are available at a cost of $600 for a for 6 month period commencing either 01/01 or 01/07 each year. Rental is payable in advance (in full) and non-refundable. Spaces are normally in high demand so  please email the committee at scenicpointtoowong@gmail.com if you wish to be placed on the waiting list.

The following contractors provide maintenance services to the building. These may be contacted directly by owners/residents in the case of emergency.

Owners & residents may need maintenance or repairs inside apartments from time to time. To assist with this, the following contractors have done work in the building before and may be of help. These are suggestions only, and owners/residents are not under any obligation to use them exclusively.
