Car Space Tidiness

This is a reminder that our car parking areas on P1 & P2 levels must be kept in a clean & tidy manner so as not to create a hazard for fire or vermin. Could all residents please ensure that they do not leave rubbish or hazardous materials lying around in their car spaces. Also note that during storms, many car spaces along the southern wall suffer water ingress causing damage to stored items. This encourages dampness & mould. Thank you for your assistance in keeping our garage areas clean & tidy.

Rubbish bin collection

We have had our bins overflowing recently due to missed collections by the council. If you see an overflowing bin, please feel free to report it to the council on 3403 8898.

 
 
 
Compost Bin

Please note that a new compost bin has been installed in the front garden area of the building for resident use. The fertiliser produced by the bin will be used for the benefit of the surrounding gard
