Keeping Pets at Scenic Point

All residents wishing to keep pets must submit an application to the committee for each pet. Applications may be submitted electronically using the Pet Application form below on this page, or physically by printing and submitting this form.

Conditions of Approval

–  Tenants must obtain written permission from the lot owner prior to submission.

–  The animal must be kept within the lot and not left unattended on common property.

–  The animal must be clean, immunised, and treated for parasites.

–  The animal may only traverse common property when entering or leaving, and must be carried or restrained.

–  Waste must be disposed of hygienically to avoid odour or contamination.

–  All applicable local council regulations must be complied with.

–  Approval may be revoked if the animal causes disturbance or nuisance.

–  The owner is responsible for any damage or liability caused by the animal.

–  Annual pest treatment is required with proof provided.

–  Offspring must be removed within 30 days.

–  No food or water is to be left outside the lot.

–  Approval applies only to the specific animal described.
